• A deposit is required to secure booking
• Final payment is due upon delivery

• Cancellations must be made 48 hours before pickup

3. Vehicle Condition and Inspection

• Vehicles must be in operable condition unless otherwise arranged
• Pre-transport inspection will be conducted
• Customer must be present for pickup and delivery inspections
• Any existing damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading

4. Delivery Timeframes

• Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees
